Effectively
-Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, as well as the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. *
-Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, as well as a normal energy metabolism. *
-Pantothenic acid contributes to a normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue. *
-Niacin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and normal energy metabolism. *
-Folic acid contributes to the normal function of cell division and a normal function of the immune system. *
-Thiamine contributes to a normal energy metabolism. *
-Brewer's yeast contributes to the preservation of normal skin and hair.
