Shipping policy

Delivery within Germany is by insured Hermes package with tracking number.

The shipping costs are €4.50. 

From an order value of 30 € we ship free of charge within Germany.

Shipping costs within the EU (outside Germany) are €9.90.
From an order value of 100 € we ship free of charge within the EU.

Attention:
Certain brands cannot be ordered outside of Germany,
Such as: Phyt's and Forlle'd.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery times can be found in the corresponding product description. When ordering several items at the same time, the delivery time for the entire order is always based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is always calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
