Who is Anti-Pollution Spritz suitable for?

Instructions for use:
After pre-cleansing, cleansing, and toning, apply your regular moisturizer enriched with ENVIRON Vitamin A evenly to your face, neck, and décolleté. Follow with sunscreen and/or foundation. Keep your eyes closed and apply the "spritz" morning and/or evening, or as needed throughout the day, for added protection and comfort.
